NBA season is suspended

The PGA Tour canceled a bunch of golf tournaments into the middle of May this afternoon, so this isn't going away any time soon.

I would love to see the nba do an NCAA style tournament one and done type thing

Why would he go to 300lb’s? It’s not like the Coronavirus is messing up the routine he already has. Lol just look at all that baby fat. Tell me, if he actually went to a gym, would he have all that baby fat?

just to clarify, chances are there will be no season, so just rank all 30 teams by record and that can be season and playoffs. Would be fun, and probably the best chance the jazz have of winning a title seeing as they don’t lose vs teams with winning records, and hope the Lakers and some other teams stub their toes against bottom dwellers

If this epidemic truly bleeds into next season, I wonder if the league creates a way for teams to dump a contract or two to help with financial relief. Could they alter the waive and stretch? Could insurance absorb a contract?

Trying to find a silver lining..... but if the league did something to allow teams salary relief, we could benefit more than any team in the league if we were allowed to dump one contract for 2020/21.

If we see no sign of this slowing down at an acceptable rate over the next two weeks, the season should just be canceled.
 
A lot of times pandemics like this come in waves. The Spanish flu for instance had three different waves and the second wave was much worse than the first. I've seen some experts predicting that this could peak in the US in the summer and then we could possibly be hit with a second wave in the winter. If that happens then next season will have to be suspended as well.
 
I wonder what would happen with next school year? Would they start a school year with remote learning? I can’t imagine.
