What’s the greater possibility Kevin Love’s calf leading to leg amputation or Dan Gilbert giving him a 3 yr extension this off season ?

How can anyone evaluate anything the young players do when they’re surrounded by G league players. This team pays Love an absurd salary to vacation and when he does play, he is also as bad as a G league player. The front office has done Sexton and Garland no favors.

Please get these guys some veteran players to help and get rid of Love asap

Conley is 6'1" and Mitchell is 6'0". That can't work. All the Cavs have to do is bench Sexton and they'll win handily.

This is the type of team our team in its current config is really going to struggle against. They don't make mistakes, they take every possession seriously and you have to beat them on offense and defense to win. Cavs do much better against teams that try to turn it on.

Hartenstein is available, another punching bag for Gobert.

The line is at 16.5. Phew!!

1st Half

Hartenstein with 2 fouls in the first 38 seconds. Very efficient.

Garland is *** it has to be said

Am I tripping or are there 2 Dean Wade’s

Game could be closer we are just missing a lot

this is laughable

Still getting spanked.

All isolation, 3 other guys standing still while one guy comes to set a pick everytime

One day Garland will realize teams want him driving to the hoop and shooting.
Today is not that day.

Donovan Mitchell is a ****ing problem for defenses lol.

They still haven’t figured out Gobert is there, huh… Lol

Jazz announcers pointing out Cavs lack of 3 point shooters. Jazz lead NBA in 3's made per game at 17 while Cavs rate #30 at 9

I can't bring myself to criticize any of our players
I don't see defined roles for them to execute on offense
This is worse than Beiline
I just watched Taurean Prince iso, jab and take a step back three against Ingles
I'm not watching this ****

After a stinky 18 points in the first quarter, Cavs storm back with 16 in the second . The 34 points for the half mark a season low points allowed for the Jazz.

Gobert plays defense against Okoro like a camp counselor plays defense against a 5 year old who’s trying to learn how to play basketball.
He pretends to try a little.....maybe hold his hand up from time time to time but knows the kid has no chance of actually doing anything and will eventually just pass it to someone else.

Cavs 4 for 18 on 3's for the half.
4 of 13 on 'non-rim' 2 pointers.
Cavs light up the scoreboard shooting 12 of 41 , 27.5% for the half.
These are stats that would only look good in the peach basket era.
But 6 for 8 on FTs!

2nd Half

another Cavs game another painful experience

They're begging us to shoot 3s.

75 points in professional basketball in 2021 is something else

I know the injuries have hurt this team but they are as flawed a team as I've ever seen. They are the basketball equivalent to the Island of Misfit Toys. Fire everyone. Everyone is on the block. If Koby is still the GM next year I will be done watching... Nearly there now.

This isn’t 1976 how in the **** y’all only manage to score 75 pts??

75 points in a whole game has to get SOMEBODY fired. What a joke

Honestly if we would’ve played a little better the first half that would’ve been a much closer game, on to the next one !

Close one!

Scoring 75 points (most of it in garbage time) in today’s NBA is beyond pitiful. Decent teams have around 60 points at the half regularly. Fire Altman and Bickerstaff already.

Lol every time we make a field goal Snyder calls a timeout. He has enough to do that.

Couldn’t play any better defense. Mitchell is a beast. He doesn’t look 6’1 either.

These fools shooting anything.

Jazz announcers are speculating whether or not Love has anything left
in the tank.

In his modeling career?

That timeout by JB when we cut the lead to 30 was a pivotal moment

Oni with the wild bank-in lol

we made our 5th points in the entire ****ing quarter and coach snyder needed a timeout

We really just keep trying to shoot over Gobert don’t we

GARLAND ARE YOU DUMB?! THAT'S RUDY ****ING GOBERT

Jeez did Rudy breathe on that ball to make it roll out? No wonder he has 2 DPOYs

**** I'm scared.... We're going to lose but please... Keep it within reason.

Post Game

Your a professional basketball team and lost by 39

Wow. Disappointing performance. I’ve been a season ticket holder for nearly 45 years and this is what I get. Wow.

Cavs were +16.5 tonight

Bro you scored 75 points? This the NBA dude

It's all good... Just stay on the road. We don't want you back.

Okoro 1/8 shooting and 0 assists. Really nailed that first round pick, Altman. Can Gilbert clean house already?

Close game. We'll get'em next time boys

75 points?! Holy crap and a side of fries that’s terrible

What a beat down!

By 39.... cmon now I know the jazz has the best record but losing by 39...? Jeez

Gobert with 18 points, 17 boards and +38.

Cavs explode for 41 second half points.

Jazz get their biggest point win of the season and hold the Cavs to the
lowest total for a game Utah has allowed this season.

The Jazz scrubs expanded the lead by 10 against the Cavs’ scrubs. Even their SCRUBS cared more.

The Jazz are a horrible matchup for the Cavs because so much of the Cavs' offense is dependent on penetration and attacking the rim, but with Gobert in the paint there was little chance. He either blocked the layup or forced a bad miss, which he usually rebounded. The Cavs were 6-for-19 in the paint in the first half. Against Utah you have to hit 3's and the Cavs can't shoot 3's to save their lives so they were screwed. The Cavs were 7-for-34 on 3's.

Well that was a ****ing calamity, but at least we've seen that we picked up another nice prospect. Hartenstein's passing is for real.

Do they not have their pick or something? Too much anger from a team that is blatantly tanking.

Do they not have their pick or something? Too much anger from a team that is blatantly tanking.
I guess they do

As much as I know bout their season they started decently, both in terms of record and quality of play (like a young team on the verge to find its way back into being good again) but then got into a lot of injuries and some covid protocols, so did their record and their mojo. Right now they don't look a team with the mental strenght to work as hard as they were at the start of the season.

These are the bitter tears of a franchise that has known the greatest success and now just suck balls after a precipitous dive from the top to the bottom. The bitterness is the sweetest part.
