Only Two Teams Have Won 9 In A Row This Year

The world knows that the Knicks (second best team in NBA) have won nine in a row, but can you guess the other team that won 9 in a row this season?

Believe it or not, it was the Jazz. I didn't follow that streak, but I heard that most of those wins in the Jazz streak were because of covid forfeits from the other teams. There's a report out there that the Jazz won eleven in a row, but no one believes that they did it legitimately. On the other hand the Knicks have won nine in a row and it was done against the nine best teams in the NBA.

Oh, by the way, when the Knicks played the Jazz on January 6th 2021....we humiliated them.

Just beat Phoenix on Monday then we'll talk

Yeah, you guys could use us beating Phoenix, right? Unfortunately, that's when our streak ends. That Phoenix team is the best basketball team the NBA has ever seen. Stockton and Malone? Don't make me laugh. It's Paul and Booker that all NBA fans will talk of for centuries to come.

No bull **** excuses, Monday is the tail end of a back to back and a getaway game for Phoenix - has schedule loss written all over it

You lose on Monday then your 9 game winning streak against so-so "also rans" becomes even more suspect.

Actually it's a classic trap game for the Knicks. We are really looking forward to playing the Bulls on Wednesday night. You know, the Bulls? Team with six NBA Championships. Suns have none. We want the Bulls on Wednesday night...that creates a trap game against Suns on Monday night.

When we lose against the Suns it will be because we are aiming for teams with six championships. That's the level of competition we love. Can't knock us for going big.

Haha. Yes because beating a team that has sucked for this entire century is more important than beating a team with the best road record and second best overall record in The NBA today.

Just hope Michael jordan isn't sick on Wednesday. If he is, you're ****ed.

I watched most of the game today. Knicks have some pretty athletic guys and Thibs has them playing well. I think they can beat the Suns if they can stay out of their own heads.

And Alec Burks didn't even play.

Our success is all due to Thibs (and Julius Randle dedicating himself to being something more than a journeyman bust. He made it to All Star...and most likely all NBA. Great story.) I also want to credit ex-Jazz coach Johnnie Bryant. By all accounts, he is doing spectacular work with our guys.

Look, I am as shocked as anyone when the Knicks win even one game. We don't have much! Top coach and a low-level All Star...that's all we have. Yet we are in fourth place!

Last year Julius Randle had a career high in this statistical category, until this year when Thibs was able to squeeze him for 15% more. What statistic is this?

3-point %.

Don't try to quiz me on my team. I know everything about my Knicks. I can even tell you the exact amount of sweat Randle sweated when we humiliated the Jazz on January 6th. (The answer, by the way, is one sixteenth of a droplet of sweat. That's all. Our guys didn't even have to shower after that game.)
