LOL, he was referring to the policy for the meeting, which the administration communicates before a briefing if the speaker will be taking questions. This is one of those where no questions were to be asked. Often times someone else, such as the press secretary, will take questions after the meeting. This has been the norm for a very long time.
Now that's not to say Biden is "with it" 100%, he's old. He was unfortunately the best option the Dems could push forward, but still plenty a good enough to beat the alternative. I do think he genuinely cares about trying to do what is best for the country.
Unlike many here, I don't think Trump is an idiot, I even liked some of the things he did. However, he is a megalomaniac that always put himself first, and not the people of this country at every step of the way, and ran his policies purposefully in a divisive manner which divided us even more as a country, simply because he thought it would keep him in power.
