Added to Calendar: 01-21-22

Denzel Valentine is now on the Maine Celtics roster and Jared Butler is on the Stars roster. Does that mean Spida is a go?

Locke was doing his "lolz we are fine... yall are chicken little... ya dumb" routine and it kinda makes me want to not have a couple good mediocre performances that smooth things over. We need a win though.
 
The great news is my wife is going out of town with two of my daughters... my teenage boy is going to hang with his friends... so I get to go hang out with my youngest daughter who is just the best. I let her plan the itinerary and I will record this game. Watch it later and there is almost no way it can ruin this night. Maybe I'll even catch the score and then not have to watch it at all.

Throw all the Udoka Forrest minutes at me tonight... IDGAF.
 
I'm also not watching the game - going to do a movie night with the family and enjoy the company with some movie theater popcorn.

Sure, I want the Jazz to win and hoist a trophy, but even if that happens, my bank account stays the same, the same aches and pains with my joints complain and life's idiosyncrasies remain.

Holy ****, that last sentence all rhymed which wasn't my intention. Didn't know I could throw down some bars.

I understand there are MAJOR conflicts of interest with Locke’s opinions and his career choice, but when he goes full naked shill it is just unbearable.

After the Jazz lose this game, all players should be sent down to the G-League so they can build back their fragile confidence, and relearn how it feels to win games. Wait, nevermind, Detroit bascially is a G-League team...
 
While I don't subscribe to the let the Jazz lose so I can feed my misery and be proven right and they can fire and/or trade players and/or rebuild. Cause they wont hire who you want, they wont trade for who you want or draft who you want in the rebuild.

BUT I will say, lets see if the Jazz can give another player a career high, lets see how long they can keep that streak going, who knows maybe it will be Cunningham again improving on his last career high. Cause damnit if you're gonna do something might as well do it right.
 
I’m undecided as to whether I’ll watch any of the game. We’ve spent the last four days on the coast in Costa Rica and now we’re up in the jungle in a hut with a tin roof and it’s raining like crazy and loud. And the lights are cool lighting and poorly lit. Feels like a parking garage.

Why does Quin get such a damn pass from all the media folks… he just said he’d rather have Udoka over Paschall as a roll man… WTF?

When Royce has been the screener he’s done well on the roll… didn’t Paschall do well as a roll man last year? This just wreaks of “ we do one thing and nothing else is gonna work outside of that one thing.” He’s so innovative… such a mad scientist!!!
 
Quin's description of why EP can't play sounds just like the reason he wouldn't play DEDEX. I guess that means Eric is Ded.

It's baffling. Paschall's very best attribute as a player is scoring inside the paint. Being the roll man, or even just a guy who cuts/drives to the hoop with a spaced floor is the perfect scenario for him.

Paschall is shooting 34/48 inside the paint this year and has a high FTr. But I guess he's not good enough inside so we have to play Dok....against a spread offense like HOU nonetheless.
