Trade Rumors Involving the Jazz

Great trade for Sacramento. They get a shooter with size, which is exactly what they needed. Plus he has potential to get a bit better. Huge win for them.

Atlanta getting cheap.
Where was Huerter going to get minutes at? Holliday can fulfill about 70% of what he does. This is an L for the Queens

Holiday is 33 years old and he expires after the season and even if I granted you the 70% number, that's still 30% you're giving up as a team trying to win it all.

Well there's your answer bro. Holliday expires, Huerter is locked into that big contract of his. Sounds to me like they may be going for Rudy, or another big.

The tank race has been rather barren the last couple years. Indy was likely already a member of the tank race. Houston, OKC (though it will be hard for them), Indiana, Orlando, Detroit? Sacramento (always seem to find themselves there)... It ain't all that crowded. Landing 6/7 still provides decent odds with how they balanced things.
San Antonio. Top 2-3 works. Top 6-7 is still a crap shot. Burke, Kanter, Exum told me so.

No no... sorry... if we are 6th or 7th worse the odds of jumping top 4 aren't terrible. Ideally you get to bottom 4 if you tank... if we do trade Rudy and Don... bet your *** that Bogey and Mike are gone too... we'd be at the bottom of the pile... SA still has some good young players... OKC is becoming too good to tank at some point here... even Orlando and Indiana have young talent. I think we'd have zero problem getting in the bottom 4.

What if Danny just walked into Ryan's office one day and showed him highlights of Wemby and he was like... eff it lets blow it up.
