Rudy's stats were not that bad last year. He obviously got crosswise with Quin but were Royce and Juancho the answer?

If he's going to be such a sour puss he needs to give some money back. I'm fairly sure DA, Hardy, Zanik would much prefer some kind of buyout over him sulking all season while they are trying to build a new culture here. At least Conley seems like he is going to be the good soldier.
 
Hopefully they showcase Rudy Gay for like 10 games and a team that struggles out of the gate makes a deal for him. If not just waive him or keep him away from the team until the trade deadline.
 
Cody Zeller is aware he isnt making the team. Knows he is just here to show he can still play and if he doesnt get picked up by a team, show it in the G-League.

I dont think he sounded THAT bad, but yeah, he's definitely annoyed he didnt get traded.
 
Early thoughts:

- Utah is the last place Rudy wants to be
- Conley would rather be elsewhere, but knows he needs to showcase himself to make his contract more manageable
- Anyone in the FO trying to tell you we want to win this year probably blurts out laughing behind closed doors like it's a game to see who can say it the most in a day as they won't have to pay for lunch
- Hardy is the type of soft-spoken gent who you'd never suspect is a psychopath that hides hooker's bodies in trunks provided Quin didn't get to them first

Quinn was a pretty good coach, but his arrogance and superiority complex were annoying. We get that you have multiple degrees, but so do numerous other people and yet they don't have to talk to everyone like they are idiots.

Yeah, it sounds like you have some kind of insecurities because Quin never came off as talking down to anyone. He was wordy, but I never viewed him as verbose. He was just a very smart guy who had a lot on his mind. His brain is like my brain when I'm on cocaine. It was great to listen to.

I get the impression he'd probably rather be here this season given his family situation. Unless he got a golden opportunity like the Clips or something... I think he would likely want to finish out this year in Utah.

If Hardy does any in-game adjustments he’s already better than Quin.

I can’t remember the exact game but it was either a halftime interview or third quarter. Quin hadn’t made the correct adjustments during the game and sounded like he was completely lost.

Easily one of the worst in-game coaches in the league.
