I don't even remember a scrimmage in previous years tbh.
It would make sense to do the scrimmage before playing a preaseason game against another team though.

I had LP last year. I am not renewing this year. I will deal with the finicky streaming sites for the few games I care about watching this year. Otherwise I will just follow the team on youtube replays/highlights and in the media, and here. I am not fascinated enough by train wrecks, I guess. Except those I cause of course.
 
This is normally where I'd declare this a must win game... I don't know what to say anymore... I'm excited for the season but tanking seasons are weird...

This is a tanking season but team should still try to win every game
They are the best players in the world
They have grown up wanting to win every game they play in
If they don't want to win why keep them
 
Is anyone really getting cut that wasn't already? can carry 17 I dont think Lee Butler Johnson or Potter are going to stick

Potter is on a 2-way contract, so he's outside the 15-man roster. Jazz will likely cut Zeller. It might make sense to cut Lee and Johnson. Who knows where Butler and Dok stand.
 
I'm really excited to see what the starting lineup will be, and also who the first 5 guys off the bench will be. We should get a pretty good feel for what the rotation might look like.

I'm also excited to make super over-reactionary judgements on Hardy and all the new guys. I'm a little nervous on Hardy. He was very vague on how they'd play defense and such... sounded like we will do a little of everything. I'm expecting things to look fairly rough early on.

Good. Let’s trade him for some picks. Maybe slide Gay into the deal. Ainge would have to love the optics of that deal: sign a guy away from a team then hold him ransom for their picks.

I mean judging by Lockes interviews it sounds like they are going to switch everything unless Kessler and Dok are in then play drop.
