Yeah... and can you imagine what we could get for selling off some of the parts from that deal and the Don deal... like if you liquidated Lauri, Vando, Beasley you are looking at another 3-4 firsts as well.
Yes we could conceivably have a playoff-ready team right now, and then use those assets to add some proven vets or a star or move up in a draft to nab some franchise talent, this could be one of the most epic rebuilds we have ever seen. For the Jazz for sure, but maybe even historic for the league, if it goes that way. Imagine adding a player like Jimmy Butler or even Lillard or Kawhii or someone on that level-ish to this squad and still having draft picks to fill in the gaps with more than solid help through further trades or moving up in future drafts, etc. Could be our path to more than a few rings, even if we miss out on the Wemby sweepstakes.
We have the flexibility to go in the direction the opportunities provide.... or just kinda ride the wave a while and see if we are for real.

Not really. I think Kessler can be good, but he needs to work on his body. He's a tall rim protector who doesnt have a vertical threat presence on offense. He's just going to bog down how the Jazz thrive playing.
He definitely needs to work on his body if he wants long-term quality minutes in Hardy’s system.
