You mean the "game plan" of playing Kessler because Olynyk was out and he had no choice?

We know what he would've done had he had the choice - we saw it last Sixers game.
No lol double and triple teaming Embiid on every possession and forming a wall at the free-throw line forcing him to shoot jump shots and pass.

They win, they win. They lose, they still win.

Kessler is a damn stud. That shot has to come out of JC’s hands as soon as the pass gets to him. Can’t run into the trap trying to get a better look.

Have to run a better inbounds play and make sure that the ball is getting to a high IQ player that’s a threat to shoot right at the beginning. THT was not a great option right there because he basically has to get rid of the ball - he’s not the threat if it doesn’t develop.

Pretty sad that Beasley has been so bad that Hardy is closing with THT and NAW over him. I thought he would step up with Lauri, Sexton and KO all out. Obviously I was wrong.
Not really sad since THT and NAW look great.

Wow what a game. To think we even had a chance at all after the way this game started is a testament to the fact that this team has zero quit in them. Philly's gotta feel awful damn lucky. It took an explosion by harden and hitting some tough shots at the end to barely squeak out a win. Damn. Win or loss that was a fun game.

Actually tht was a great threat at the end, but only if he immediately went straight to the rim like a fat guy to the last box of Twinkies in the zombie apocalypse. If he had gone straight to the rim instead of wasting 3 seconds trying to get the ball to Clarkson we had a good shot at a foul or a kick out. This was lost by being so focused on getting the ball to Clarkson we lost track of the chaos offense we play that got us back into it to begin with.

This.

We have so many young guys that are potential great role players. It would be amazing to see all these young guys get consistent minutes the rest of the year to help figure out what route to go with our draft picks.

Agreed, they both played well tonight. I'm just really frustrated with the way Beasley has been playing the past month or so.

I’m totally with you on his effort on defense and the glass. That one possession he literally watched them get two offensive rebounds without moving.

That play drove me nuts. I'm pretty sure he could've gotten both of those rebounds if he just would've tried.

Kessler’s stats the last 3 games as a starter:

11.3 PPG, 10.7 RPG, 3.3 BPG, 1 SPG in 29.7 MPG

134.8 Offensive Rating (would be 1st in entire league over the course of a season)

107.4 Defensive Rating (would be 4th in entire league over the course of a season)

I think it is safe to say he should remain the starter for the rest of the season.

It's embarrassing on Will Hardy's part that he still isn't getting starter minutes.
