This. Haven't been a doker from day 1. I think he's destined for Europe or something. Just doesn't have the passion for the game. Kessler by comparison seems to love the game, love that he gets to do it at this level, takes the challenge head-on. Definitely no comparison despite doke having all the same tools for the most part.

Bruh... that THT deal is gonna be expiring and will be a super huge asset next year... just wait.

The most frustrating part of the THT thing is he is playing over NAW at times and I think NAW actually might be a decent asset on his next deal. He has played well enough I'm pretty confident we should sign him to an above minimum contract... but not so well that a team will bust down his door with a huge offer.

They will get a late first and a bad contract ( they will need to for salary matching reasons.) Same deal was open for us before. We didn't want the bad contract.
 
Some rumors swirling that Toronto is interested in getting Poeltl back from SA while sending Trent Jr to a third team. I wouldn’t mind getting in on that to grease the wheels on a deal while snagging Trent Jr.

What is the contract situation on Trent Jr.?
 
I guess we'll wait and see how many of those 3 second round draft picks were real. Honestly, it's a good bet for the Lakers but I don't know if the Jazz had the right package.
 
I like that deal for the lakers a lot. Also I can't wait for the first domino to drop and the lakers making a move is a good start because they are still right there in the playoff picture and about to get Davis back. The clippers, suns, mavs and warriors may start to get a little desperate and I wouldn't be surprised to the griz and pelicans make a deal simply to block those other teams from getting a key player. These next few weeks should be fun. I would be shocked if we don't beat the hornets tonight but if for some reason we lose that could be the perfect catalyst for us beginning to sell.

Patient on timing here. Likely not this week but probably not right up to the deadline either.

The "full-tank" crowd will be disappointed.

I have always liked Rui. He is a guy that may be worth a look in the offseason.
