Big Al scores sometimes, and he scores in difficult positions which no other player could, he even make some good defensive moves sometimes, and makes good blocks, but you can never rely on him that he will always make the right choice, you are not sure if he is gonna make a weird move the next position or he will try an unnecessary hook shot from a physically impossible angle. And you absolutely can't rely on him in defense if he is gonna make a weird jump and lose his position or totally open up his spot like a matador.
These are small but important details which we cant see in stats and prohibits a player being a franchise cornerstone.

And Harris, he can make a good fast break point or chuck some 3s down but you can never rely on him if he is gonna make the right choice in the most important moments of the game. You can never rely on his defense and you can never expect leadership or expect him to carry the team on his shoulders even for 1-2 games in playoffs. With such a pg you cant expect to be a contender.

These two players are certainly the two rather talented players who shouldnt be on this team, and there is Bell and Miles who definitely not gonna help but slowdown the development of our young wing players.

Right now it is a big pain to watch this team but it is not because of losing the games by 20 against good teams of this league but the fact that we seem like we are still playing on preseason and giving equal mins to everyone while Bell,Harris and Big Al getting more favorable playing time. Thats the bad part, i dont care if we lose even 66 games this season, but at least i would like to see the young guys go and play with all their mistakes and rustyness. Then they will hopefully get experience and develop into good players. But this way doesnt help anyone. It is just boring, frustrating and nonsense.
