Cavs didn’t look great. Awful bench. Gonna be an interesting series. Mitchell did his takeover thing twice. He’s the only reason it was interesting. Brunson was great down the stretch.

They have to. Their depth is awful.
Knicks won with bad games from RJ, Quickly, and Grimes.

Well, Donovan was almost a Knick and Donovan lost this game so… the Knicks really lost this game, too.
It was a 1-point game with 2:45 to go. Mitchell went 0-3 with zero points since that point. A tale as old as time.
Didn't he hit a couple FT's?

Rudy definitely had his flaws, many of which were exposed in the playoffs, but at least you never had to question his effort.
He was also put in an unfair situation where it’s give up a layup because our guards got blown by or give up a corner three to help defend the rim.

Just watch the replay. Cavs bench are so bad. For me can't blame Don on this one. He is the reason why they did not lose by 15. He play well, miss some shoot at crutch time but it's usual. The difference with Brunson.
The problem I see is he’s doing everything himself too much .. then other players are just standing and watching and are out of rhythm and not engaged.
Just wait. They’re really going to love the rest of the series.

Yes quite truth. Don;t know why Don want to be the savior all the time. He got the quality to make the right shoot, the right pass, but seems he want to be the hero. Hopefully he improve and realize he got great teammate around him. The starters from Cavs are good players.

I know the Cavs lost but Spida Mitchell sure is an offensive freak. He’s not a perfect player but offensively, the dude is a walking bucket. It’s a shame the bigs on his team can’t do anything other than jump real high.

This is a fair criticism I think of Mitchell. Seemed like the only people allowed to consistently shoot were Garland and Spida.
