Wonder if the Kings played up the sternum thing to get Draymond suspended
It could be legitimate (in the sense that he may really be questionable), but even if it wasn’t, they’re for sure going to do this. I lean more strongly to doing it because they can and he’s going to play.

Oh yeah, I'm not spilling any tears for Warriors/Green, just kind of funny. Would be hilarious to see them get blasted 4-0.

I’ve got my fingers crossed. My hate for basketball teams peaked after we got screwed by their tank and then they went on to become good. I knew I was at a low point in my life when I was rooting for LeBron in the finals. Somewhere around that point I hit rock bottom and realized this was never going to work out for me.

Maybe Sabonis shouldn’t have grabbed onto his foot? I have no problem with Green being ejected and suspended. You don’t stomp on someone like that. What the hell was he thinking? His antics are so played out. But this time I actually do empathize with him a tiny bit because Sabonis grabbed onto his foot.
Then I guess he should’ve thought about his team first before he stomped on his chest like that. Grabbing someone’s limb happens all the time in basketball, it shouldn’t happen but it does. I have no level of sympathy for him, he time and time again has ****ed his teammates because of his antics

Happens all the time? When has it happened aside from this?

Ya but it’s kind of hard not to grab onto the foot when you are on the ground and a foot is in your face. It’s kind of a natural reaction to grab the foot to protect yourself a bit I think.
I think The natural reaction is to shield your body not to grab the foot. We also need to consider all the other times Sabonis was flipping and flopping all over the court. Whenever he couldn’t get the rebound he’d recklessly flail his limbs around to try and draw the foul.

Yeah, shame on Sabonis. What kind of scumbag uses dirty antics to try to prevent a player from getting back down the court?

Green has grabbed people like that many times. He can't take it when someone grabs him?

One way to shield your body is to stop whatever is coming for your body by grabbing it. Like if someone threw a rock at me and could turtle up and shield my body but i could also catch/grab the rock. Both would work and both are natural reactions.

there is an angle that clearly shows what Sabonis was doing. He rolled and Dray's foot was between his arms... he went to shield his face which then tangled up with Drays foot... because it was between his arms. He released the hold immediately as soon as he realized they were tangled up. Dray then decides it was a malicious act (because in his mind he would do something like that... that is his perspective/lens he sees the world through) so instead of falling down he drops a full force stomp and jumps off of Sabonis' body.

It was an unnecessary dangerous play... its something Draymond does and people weirdly defend. I mean he knocked a teammate into the shadow realm this offseason... dude needs to receive consequences for his bull **** or he will keep doing it.

Its very clear Dray looks for these opportunities to take cheap shots. The fact that the Warriors are pissed and feel he is targeted somehow is laughable. If this had been Steph getting stomped by Sabonis the result would be the same. Dray deserves this 1000%... his rep is something he has earned and seems to love... now deal with the repercussions of your ********.
