Taylor Hendricks vs Jarace Walker, who do you like better?

I'm just curious what people think here. I know this isn't likely a choice we get to make at 9, but still curious what the consensus is.
 
I go back and forth on these two. I really like them both and would be thrilled if one of them slipped to us at 9.
 
If Walker can't shoot I worry he becomes a tweener big like Onyeka Okongwu.... so the shooting with Hendricks is really important.

If Walker shoots it the passing becomes a good deal to layer on and makes him the better player than Taylor most likely. I just think we've seen guys like Mikal Bridges who are 3 and D role players expand out their games... and Hendricks could absolutely do that.
 
so close for me. i think hendricks is probably the better player right now due to his shooting, but walker's potential is pretty special. relying on potential is scary, however. gun to my head, i think i take walker, but ask me tomorrow my answer may be different. that's how close they are.
 
That is a tough one for me. They both fit a need too. I lean slightly toward Hendrix, but either would be great on the Jazz.
 
I'm not even sure how this is debatable at all. Hendricks scored more, shot better, rebounded better, free-throwed A LOT better, is more athletic, and has more upside.

Walker looks like a poor man's z-bo.
 
I like Jarace a lot. Love his defensive versatility and physicality on both ends. Hendricks would be a fine pick #9 but Jarace is a tier up for me. I like his defense more because of the true big man value he provides and while his offense may not be as certain I think he has plenty of upside on that end.

Shooting is a big swing skill for him but I still think he’s a very good player if he can’t shoot. Ending up like Okongwu is not a negative for me, big fan of Okongwu and don’t consider him to be a tweener.
