LOL.. yeah I saw that. That was a GREAT call. When we were all fooled/in aw by the Mo Williams trade - Karl was like, no no, we need to start Burks at PG and see what he can do. "Playing for the future" I think he was saying.

Yeah no doubt haha. Like Karl or not.... he knows basketball.
Mo is a tweener, and always has been. Not to say Mo isn't a good player, but should be used to his strengths "shooting".
Burks knows how to run the offense quite a bit better imo, and actually passes the ball well.

Corbin even admitted Burks has played pretty well when he's been paired with another ballhandler. Why not try Burks with Williams?
It's Corbin. "Trying new things" is a challenge for him.

I just don't see it guys. Burks turns the ball over a lot and he struggles to get the team into its offense when he is pressured.

....well, you see, this is the problem! The front office forgot about Corbin, too! They've blocked him out of there minds.....don't even realize he's coaching the team......and have turned a blind eye to his total incompetence when they hired him in the first place!

...why not let Hayward play the point or at least bring the ball up court? We use to do that with Klinko with a measure of success.....and Hayward is a better ball handler than Klinko!

Other, as in Randy Foye. Since the All-Star break, Foye has been "CJ at his worst." Take Randy out of the game, and the team plays better -- no matter who is on the floor. With that said, our pg situation is worse than pathetic. Mo's play is killing the offense. Tinsley's play is inconsistent. Burks is our best option but his inexperience is sometimes painful to watch. And when Watson checks into the game ................ I think dark thoughts involving a silver hammer, a dark parking garage, and Ty.
