How much are the Jazz worth?

If the Clippers are worth 2 Billion how much are the Jazz worth? 1 Billion? 800 Million?

With the high value of the teams I wonder if the Millers will ever consider selling. I highly doubt they ever see it out of the family but Im sure it would be tempting for them to cash out.
 
Good question. I would think that the Jazz are more in line with the Bucks selling Price than the Clippers. The Market is much smaller so the potential revenue is much lower. I know that the Clippers did not necessarily sell for the standard formula used to determine a companies value however the income opportunities are more than likely significantly higher. So I would say somewhere around $500-600M. However, all it takes is one billionaire to totally go in and blow the price up.
 
525 mil according to Forbes.

Lol, Forbes also said the Clips are worth 575 mil.

If the Jazz tried to sell the team today I would expect probably 600 mil being the floor and 1 bil being the ceiling.

I'm pretty sure the clips are about that price, but bidders have just blown it up and made it that much higher.

I am sure that the the Clipper offer made all the other owners smile a little and it made it easier for any of them who had a problem voting against Sterling.

Not even smaller markets, but bad teams themselves. Okc is a small market but they would bring in a good chunk of change to be bought.
 
According to a business analyst i saw on fox news, it actually does have an effect. They estimated the bucks are now worth a billion.
