What's new

Portland Trailblazers (15-15) @ Utah Jazz (21-9) 12/27 7PM MST

Umm. Where the hell is AK in the fourth? Is he in Sloan's dog house again? BS move by sloan. Don't know what he sees in Hayward but I don't see it.

The Jazz just had zero flow on offense. Having a lot of days off seems to just kill this team. Nobody except Deron really had it going.
Another night taken off by AK, and Price has been missing in action for a long time.

Al and Paul didn't contribute much.

I remember the first game we played at Portland last season, we were up like 27 points, Boozer got hurt at one point, then the Blazers went on a huge run, particularly Aldridge destroying Millsap inside. Boozer would have destroyed these clowns.

What could Sloan do? Nobody was playing well. Millsap only got 3 rebounds all night and was missing layups.
CJ shot terribly. AK was a complete no-show.

What a pathetic game. AK sucked (but needed a few more minutes) Millsap sucked (but Sloan should have had someone else guarding Aldridge, who annihilated him) Jefferson sucked (what was that 5 foot push shot that hit the top of the basket?) Miles sucked (4-12 off the bench? Pass the ball, chucker) Bell sucked (35 minutes gets you 2-5 FG, 3 assists and zero rebounds?) Everyone but Williams pretty much sucked. This team ought to be ashamed of this pathetic "effort."

Hayward...0-4. Why is he playing in the 4th? Play him in the 2nd if you must play him. Sloan must have a boner for Hayward. He probably sees himself in Hayward and wants to give him a chance. Only playing time he should get is with the D-League. Evans should be the one on the team.

Glad to see everyone took the night off besides DWill. We just lost to Portland, at home, with them missing 3 key players and Camby for the second half. What a dissapointing game.

On the other hand, it happens. I remember a few years back when a really crappy Utah squad (the 42-42 squad I believe) went into Detroit and beat the Pistons sans a Jazz starter. (Granted, the Pistons didn't look so piss poor on the home floor generally as Utah does right now. But they did win the championship that year IIRC.)

Hey, I'm usually a glass is half full kind of guy but this loss was inexcusable... These guys better start to learn how to dominate at home again or we might as well shoot for the 6, 7, and 8 seeds if it takes road games for us to win...

I understand that we have to get the kid in for some real time game situations, but he was missing shots, and although he hustled on defense, we needed more offensive output in the 4th and we didn't get it from him...

Okur is not ready to assist in leading the charge at the end of games yet... Gradually increase his minutes, but I want to see Millsap and Jefferson in that game at the 8 minute mark until his legs are under him and he's ready to go...

This game was a rare coaching blunder for Sloan... He had some poor substitutions this game and it hurt us down the stretch...

Rare? Child please.

You know what Sloanfeld?? Take your Boozer love, go to Fanzz and buy a ****ing Bulls jersey and get lost will ya??

It's funny... When Al and/or Paul are playing lights out, you are nowhere to be found, but now these two have a sub par night at best and you start in with "Boozer would have destroyed these clowns"... Yeah, but at the same time, he would have given up about 45 to Aldridge instead of 28, you CLOWN!

This team frustrates you with the inability to dominate at home in must win games. You lose those kind of games, and when OKC and LA have lost some crucial games, you will not get a top3 seed, for sure. After a long road trip, in a game like this after a long resting period should not players have no excuses to get outworked.

Millsap was a liability on defense from start to end. BigAl continues his inefficient game today. He should have +%55 FG considering how close his game is to the basket. Players should be ashamed of themselves. Porty did get what they wanted, a sloppy, slow game and the Jazz did a favor to them by being complacent and content with it.

The only positives I will remember from this waste of time is Memo's looking agile and more confident, comfortable + an eventual 1st Q win by the Jazz. Refs did let hard and physical game but players should be able to adjust to the style of officiating. Portland did and they were the aggressors all night long. Congrats to them. I felt sorry for Camby. He is class act and hopefully will be OK soon.

Like I said, half of you bozos wouldn't know a real coach if one snuck up behind you and kicked you in the ***...

If you only knew how good you have it here in Utah... If you had ANY clue!

If ANY marquis player wanted to play in this boring state, and the Jazz were able to sign a Lebron, Kobe, Wade, etc... This guy would be piling up a mountain of championships and you guys would be kissing his *** game in and game out!

No offense to some of you who this doesn't apply to... But I find that most Jazz fans are just about as knowledgable as Vinylone... But able to post more than a sentence or two at the very least..

I love a good one liner...
