    2023 NBA Draft Megathread

If we do not trade for Suggs and draft Dick, I am rioting.

Vogel is making a nice lateral move from being LBJ's waterboy to KD's waterboy.

    KO Trades

The article mentioned basically Olynyk's spacing and size would help fill out the roster. And yeah, that deal seems a bit lopsided for Utah. I'm not adverse to doing a swap on that at all.

Know a few Chicken Nuggy fans. Actually good folks, so I'll be happy for 'em if they pull it off. The Heati ain't heard no bell yet though.

Silver might actually suspend him for two games. That'll teach Ja.

Doubtful. If memory serves, most of those contracts contain offset clauses where if they are let go and get a higher paying job elsewhere (don't know about same title or not), the former team is no longer obligated to pay on the deal. If they accept a deal elsewhere for less money, they offset...

    Trade Rumors Involving the Jazz

He isn't wrong. The tacit newer premium on picks and limitations above the 2nd apron are going to make things very interesting.

    2023 NBA Draft Megathread

I don't mind negative stats. I do mind dishonest stats. In the 21-22 season, Gobert shot 53% of layups. I mean, seriously, dude's over 7 ft, he can't put the ball in the rim? This discounts his 92.6% FG% on dunks, but who's counting, amirite? Gobert is one of the best rim runners in PnR...

Yeah, it makes no sense whatsoever to me. If dude is hammering home or finger rolling within 5 ft of the rim, it seems good to me either way. Stat debunked.

    Trade Rumors Involving the Jazz

It would be very Ainge-like if he got a squeeze out of PDX like that. A Scoot/Ochai/THT/Simons backcourt rotation could be nasty as hell. That said, I don't see Utah trading Lauri for 3. Dude would be too hard to replace and we've enough holes as it is.

That as probably one of THE best games I've ever seen. Gotta give Butler credit. Bad shooting aside, those FTs should have been daggers. Smart was completely engulfed on that shot as well. White just made one of THE most clutch hustle plays ever.

No argument there. But they've been needing to tear it down for a while now. That No Trade on Beal's contract was a mistake. I can kind of get why they did it, but that screwed his value.

How Much $$$ Should Jazz Throw at Austin Reaves?

Dude has half a season of production in a contract year with Lebron and AD's gravity beside him. I wouldn't put too much hope he has similar production after he inks a contract.
