So now that media day is over I wonder how much (how little?) news/media there will be for the next few days leading up to the first pre-season game. Will anyone be out there? Or will they do something over zoom calls? I'm guessing things might be quieter than they usually would be.
By the way, Collins made a comment about Hill Air Force base being just up the road from here and also a joke at the start of his interview about being out of breath because of the altitude. Maybe they did media day in Utah but early enough so they could then hop on the plane to Hawaii?

I wonder what time Monday morning. I'm assuming they'll be in Hawaii so it could be early afternoon Utah time. Or would they possibly do media stuff and then leave for Hawaii later in the day...
I don't think it would stop him at all. But if there's anything that's been in the works I would bet the teams involved would want to get it done before camp starts. Last year the Bogdanovic trade happened just before camp -- like 4 days. I wouldn't be surprised to see something like that...
In the past you would have been right. I don't know why it's a week later this year. Maybe FIBA or maybe part of an effort to shorten the total season to reduce fatigue?
