OKC game versus Indy will be interesting to see value in approaching offense with PG play. And most lineups with a 2PG lineup, very similar to the zags college approach
Isaiah Collier/Collin Sexton
Tre Johnson/keyonte george
AJ Dybantsa/Cody williams
Lauri Markkanen/hendricks
Walker Kessler/filipowski
This lineup probably will never happen but interesting to see what things could look like in 2 years if hold onto Lauri
Knicks play too much ISO and while Brunson is so so good in the paint and in traffic, he rarely seems to throw the opposing defense into chaos or have that extra gear to push tempo. The Pacers move so much better on offense then the knicks do as well. Coaching component IMO to the differences...
I think we should look at next years draft to determine the best #2/3 role option on the team moving forward and hope luck is better next season. A high scoring 6’6” SG doesn’t seem like a bad option. I’m just not so sure ace Bailey isn’t going to slide and tre not vj is there at 5
Yes and meh. both have exceptional court awareness and have active hands for disruption. They are both better defenders than what is perceived IMO. They both seem to give adequate effort on that end of the floor as well which goes a long way to cover limitations
He is taking a double on almost every possession and if not doubled then often he is scoring at a high rate. Getting your teammates wide open looks and shifting a defense into help mode just by touching the ball is by default going to make your teammates better. Not saying he is John Stockton...
ANT has that gene and more. He is incredible. He makes all his teammates better and it is apparent every 4th quarter. Players like Durant and even Giannis to me don’t get close to touching that quality that ANT has. Only chance w twolves future picks is ownership screwing up free agency bad...
Ant is literally so good at this time he makes everyone look better than they are. He’s demanding a double and if teams don’t he gets in the lane at will creating wide open opportunities for his teammates. I think he is the best player in the NBA even right now. All around player. Our only...
they need to force it out of his hand much earlier. I think they are too lazy on rotations though and any doubling they try will end in failure. will be interesting to see game 2 adjustments.
I think for series enjoyment sakes I dig the thunder grizz matchup more so than the warriors. Warrior rockets seems entertaining as well. NBA first round is such a great week.
He needs to make defense his priority. Has enough offensive tools to work with. He does that and he becomes a bonafide starter in the league. His motor and hustle need to take a leap. If not, I agree. Could be a nice adjunct piece to a future trade. I hope he turns it up bc I still think...
Big East can make some good players look worse than they are, but did not realize how low his efficiency was.....wondering if he could be a player that slips a bit. Still an intriguing player with age on his side.
If we want long term success I would still hope we tank one more year. Do not think we become legit contenders without a one more solid lottery player add from 2026 draft. Clarkson won’t get minutes next year, would be a patty mills situation IMO. Would fee bad for Collins sexton but if...
I’d be ok either way as long as able to keep the tank alive. Would trade if a good deal on the table though as next season there will only be so many minutes to go around. Hendricks coming back hopefully strong and Cody Williams hopefully with some increased weight, and the ultimate hope for a...
Lakers:
PG: Doncic/Milton
SG: Reaves/Knecht
SF:Hachimura/DFS
PF: James/Vanderbilt
C: Hayes/Jamison
Good on offense, not great. Lot of ISO. Big defensive question marks.
