Also, Mitchell does compare better to Monta Ellis. More like Monta Ellis with a three point jump shot. The comparisons between the two would match up pretty well I think if either Mitchell couldn't shoot a 3 or Ellis could.

By the way, the top is Stephen Curry and the Bottom is Donovan Mitchell their first five years in the league. The numbers show no real comparable behavior.

Indiana does have a 2013 pick from Cleveland they could use. Problem is it's lotto protected and converts to 2nds if it doesn't convey THIS upcoming draft, so it can't be used to get multiple years picks as part of Stepian rule. Haliburton and 4 picks sure is tempting, though.

I do think Haliburton would be an ideal player to acquire in any Mitchell deal. Not sure there's a way to get there, though.

I believe the westbound train arrives at 11:30 PM and the Eastbound at about 3 AM in Salt lake. Coach might be rough for an 18 hour trip where you'll have the first half essentially be night time. I believe Amtrak doesn't current offer the dining cart for coach riders, only roomette riders...
