Maybe churn some two way guys. I don't think they will waive Love, Anderson, or Niang right now for various reasons. The only other small salary would be Svi...
Oh wait... I have decided we need to open up a roster spot if it means no more Svi.
This. They don't hurt the other guys and do help them in many ways offensively. Will still be a net negative. I think Hardy also needs to see what a 5 out offense is most likely going to look like unless you get a unicorn. Maybe he will appreciate having a traditional big that protects the paint?
Give Oscar some burn. Play 5 out since everyone thinks that is Hardy's preferred style.
This is how you tank with decent players. A big roster hole. This is the price we must pay.
Dallas is pretty tragic. Lost to Wiz and NOP. Barely beat some other teams. I'm pretty worried there but maybe Kidd coaches for his job here.
You want to be bottom 3 and I think that may be out of reach. Bottom 5 still very possible. This is the last dance for the tank. Let's not get cute. If...
We play Dallas 3 times in a 10 day span in January. So hopefully AD is healthy. Maybe they force Kyrie back by then. I am guessing they still have no plan and blow in the wind a bit.
lolol... they been a challenger since day one.
I saw a conflicting report from another local guy saying they are more likely to double down. Either way... we need to call them multiple times a day.
I mean... the Lakers deal still may have gotten him fired but if he had come away with AR and one more pick then you could see it. To not get either? Like you can't leave that much meat on the bone in a preposterous trade... you have to make me believe a little.
I think his career is cooked. I honestly think he is a relationship guy and DL was the one making the good deals (maybe). Soon as he left Nico **** the bed.
Maybe he can go back to Nike or whatever and he likely made enough money (and will be paid out his remaining contract) to just call it a...
I think they thread the needle a little here. Dumont likely doesn't want them to be tragic and an interim GM situation will likely not provide the security for a tear down.
Unfortunately, AD may end up getting mothballed anyway since the guy has a calf injury. I don't think they move him or...
For Indiana... I kind of doubted it too because Carlisle is just so good, but that team is pretty thin without Tyrese and have enough other injuries that are somewhat long term (iirc) that I think this early schedule makes a tough uphill climb for them. I don't think they have it in them to...
I would guess we are one bad loss away from Nico getting canned. I don't think he makes it to Christmas. Apparently Dumont got involved with ruling AD out for a game with injury... I think the trust is completely gone for Nico and he's cooked.
Look we may still suck next year... but it won't be nearly as intentional as it has been the last few years. They will compete for the play in starting next year and may fail miserably but won't have to manage the OKC pick and can point to flattened odds as part of a reason for hope.
