Al Jefferson FTs
Al Jefferson has attempted whole 6 FTs this entire season. He has 2 games where he did not attempt a single FT (SA & NO).
He has never attempted more than 2 in a single game this year.
In the Jazz game alone, Kobe Bryant attempted nearly 6 times as many FTs than Al Jefferson has this entire year.
Lets put this into perspective. Tonight, Boom Bitches shot 4 FTs. Faried, 10.
Jefferson is averaging a grand 1.7 FT attempts per game.
Tim Duncan at age 80 brings his walker into the arena and averages 4.8 attempts per game
Marc Gasol averages 5.6
LaMarcus Aldridge 2.4
Luis Scola 2.7
Blake Griffin 5.5
D Jordan 2.2
David Lee 3
Carl Landry 4.5
DeMarcus Cousin 4.3
Dwight Howard 11.3
Pau Gasol 2.7
Boom Bitches 2.5
Omer Asik 2.2
Nikola Pekovic 4.6
A Davis 6
K Perkins 1
Nick Collison 1.3
Sideshow Bob 1
And that's just from the western conference. Luis Scola averages more FT attempts and all he does is rebound and shoot jumpers. Boom Bitches for crying out loud is averaging more FT attempts and he's never posted up in his life! I'm pretty sure Sideshow Bob (who is probably never used offensively) is the only starting C/PF with worse FT attempt avgs than Big Al.
this is coming from our #1 post option??? The anchor of our offense? The focal point? And he has the exact same amount of FT attempts as ****ing Nick Collison???
No wonder why we have a losing record.
Until he is traded or benched, this team isn't moving anywhere.

2 of those 6 are from a team intentionally fouling at the end of the game.
Shovel your way out of the s***
... another reason to ship him out of town! I've got plenty of those, by the way.
Come on, give him a break. He is so busy to shot his most reliable 15-17 foot jumper which he hit "reasonably" at high percentage. Stats don`t lie.
And he was having a hard time with stomach viruses;
Fortunately team doctor Gary Briggs identified the stomach virus. But he said "The virus mutating with every game Big Al played and that`s the matter of concern."
It is obvious that Al not getting to the line is why we have lost each game so far.
Do you think that his lack of free throw attempts is NOT an issue?

Karl Malone was basically a mid range jump shooter the last 4 years of his career and he spent plenty of time on the line.

And the few times he gets the defender out of position, he uses that opportunity to weave around him, instead of taking it hard to the basket.
I don't know if he's always been this way or if he just started playing like this after he blew his ACL. But when you're on the road and you're playing from behind, you need opportunities to score with the clock stopped. Big Al is a "go-to" guy who doesn't give you that opportunity. That's a problem.
Scropjazz is good at playing devil's advocate. I'm sure he's not unreasonable enough to see it as not being one of multiple issues hurting the Jazz.
