Big difference in Al's game has been his effort level. As his minutes and shot attempts have gone down his rebounding numbers have gone up. Turnovers too, but IMO that is mostly due to him trying so much harder to initiate transition instead of hugging the ball.

Odd but less is more, and especially more well rounded.

Big Al is 31st for all time career TRB% according to:
    https://www.basketball-reference.com...ct_career.html

He's at 20.2 TRB% this year so far.

In these lists, Big Al is a better/more active offensive player than all but the HOF'ers pretty much. Dennis Rodman was a great rebounder (see all the TRB on him if you like.) But he was a one dimensional player - but is a HOFer... Jefferson is ahead of Olajuwan(sp) career wise. These "best rebounder" lists are not top heavy with guys with big offense.
sup big al haters. tell me how these stats taste.

Dude, BigAl was abused by Kosta Koufos a couple of games ago, so who cares about his stats (and he had 11 rebounds that game).

And it's not about the hate, it's about who he really is in this ball game.

    it's not about hate
it's about defense, killer instinct and the will to win.

al jefferson is a no defense lack of killer instinct loser

I, HeavenHarris, hereby pledge to my fellow JFC'rs that I will no longer give out neg-reps. All it does is cause negative things, like fights, drama, bitching, ill will, bad feelings, etc.
Love, not hate, is the answer bros and moes.

LOL Lol breaks his pledge 5 days later hahahaha
