I usually tip a flat $5 for pizza delivery.

At the STG nite out I tipped the waitress $75 on a $125 tab. Because she took excellent care of us, I want her to always take excellent care of us, and also .. well, nm.

    Please tell me you're joking.
For pizza delivery I should add.

15-25% on meals depending on service.
Life is like watching Fast and the Furious 6. It's not easy, most of the time it's just dumb and pointless, everything is fake, there is a lot of noise, but if you close your eyes and picture yourself in an open field or a quiet forest, you can maybe make it to the end without killing yourself.

I thought of a couple more things. If it's Denny's for appetizers and long coffee late at night then make sure to tell your server you to not pay as much attention to you. Say it several times so they understand it's alright to back off the service a bit.

Also, when I go out with my children I almost always tip higher because their meals are cheap and they make big messes. I also want to stress this shouldn't be an expected standard for families. There's no reason a father should feel pressured to pay a college server more per hour than he makes. Young servers can easily make plenty for what they are doing.

For a sit down restaurant, 15-20% Honestly depends on how poor I am at the time, but never less than 15% unless it absolutely calls for it, which has happened on time in my life.

For pizza, usually they can keep the change from a $20 if it's over $15, but standard is $3-$5.

And a couple bucks for the barber.

But if I didn't go out I wouldn't be able to tell if their service sucked enough.

I'm pretty sure I tipped less than this one time, and that's when the server completely ignored my table talking on her phone and the place was dead.
