Since we're all sharing, I actually think Jefferson is the most skilled offensive bigman in the league, and the only person that can stop Al Jefferson is himself. The problem is that he allows himself to be pushed out of the paint and settles for jumpshots. If he didn't settle and didn't allow himself to be bullied, he would be truly amazing offensively. He's also a decent passer for a bigman and is a solid rebounder even if he doesn't always boxout.
plus he's the only guy on our team that can command a double team!
"I'm a moron for thinking the Browns could even sniff 10 wins in a division where the other three teams (two of whom almost always make the playoffs) made the post-season last year. Gyp Rosetti's thee God of football knowledge." - Brown Notes
And give me a break but there is no worse defensive player in NBA then Boozer. He is the worst big man defending in the paint - period.
"I was originally a Jazz fan but since I am getting pooped on so hard on the Jazz forums it is really starting to make me wish Kanter develops into the Kevin McHale potential he has and make the Jazz look bad. Nothing would make me happier at this point." Unidentified Kanter homer on reddit.
Most of us loves Al, but with him we know how far we can go and he would not improve his game anymore. He would convey us to a point, as he did last year, but thats not enough. We got talented young bigs and we need room for them and we impatiently waiting for how far we can go with them. Thats why most of us want him traded and i dont think its hating.
