Did we really just NOT trade for James freaking Harden?

What the hell is going on with Jazz management?

We have a bunch of assets, we clearly need a closer and a leader, we cant keep all our bigs. WTF?

We could have offered them Al, Burks, GS pick, our pick.

Thats about the same as what Houston gave up right? I think OKC would have liked it too, if not we could have sweetened the pot a little more and still be left with a lot left on our team.

What gives? What are waiting for?

What Harden is doing isn't a flash in the pan either. His numbers will come down, but he will still fill it up. The guy is elite.

MeatyAwkrity appeals to Utahuans as it resembles humility.

We should drop the Harden thing and focus on freeing Burks.

For a one-year rental of Harden? It is a steep price...

And how do you know that he wants to play in Utah? How many stars came to SLC in the last 15 years?

He wouldn't sign long term. He's too much of the material world for Utah. He can have his large and spacious building across the grand canyon.

im curious how much could utah offer him in the offseason? i'm not up to snuff on the new rules, but if we were inclined and if we could offer something similar to houston, we could offer him something substantial and keep our core

I thought he was a RFA at the end of the season. We would have had the choice to keep him.

    Bingo.

He would have signed. He could get the most from us. Just like in Houston. Players will follow the money
