Two city employees paint a handicap area around a legally parked car and have it towed.

Looks like none:

Hila Ben-Baruch called the city to find out how her car could have been towed from a once-legal parking spot in a matter of hours with no advance warning. Instead, she was accused of knowingly parking in a handicapped spot and told she’d have to pay 1,350 shekels — about $365 — in towing and violation fees.

Tel Aviv’s mayor and deputy mayor each apologized later for the incident and said it had all been a mistake: It’s apparently fine for city workers to re-designate a parking spot — even if occupied — but workers are supposed to inform the parking inspectors’ office that the vehicle had been parked legally.

I'm digging that chick's name though. Hila Ben-Baruch. Hila Ben-Baruch. Hila Ben-Baruch. Hila Ben-Baruch.

Gotta be a setup. Way too coincidental that that camera just happens to be perfectly aimed at that specific parking spot.

So it's also legal to send the person a fine? How is someone not getting fired for this?

Oh, this happened in Israel. Idiots. What sort of dumbass policy lets people make a desalinated spot when someone is parked in it. If I were her I'd sue the city if it's possible. Without that video she would have been fined, as the morons there wouldn't have believed her.
