Does anyone Know why his salary is structured like that? Why cant we front load it more than that?

I heard once that the raises you can give on extensions AFTER this one are based on the amount of the contract in it's final years, so if we gave him a tiny last year he wouldn't make as much the next time he extended.

I guess that makes some sense based off of what it contract looks like. But damn that is stupid.

He'll be eligible for 30% next go round so this is meaningless unless he got the max.
