Being that letting Miles walk, divorcing Bell, and drafting young 1/2 talent(which will hopefully be "best available), which big man do we get rid of?

No, really. It's a problem every team would love to have, but we need to solve it. We've two youngins really pushing for, and deserving, more minutes, while we also have two starters that really are starters. Someone in the Jazz F/O needs to make the tough decision before we give Favors and Kanter a complex.

Do we get rid of Millsap who rebounds and can produce buckets in numbers, but is undersized?
Do we get rid of Jefferson who rebounds and can produce buckets in numbers, but can't man on man defend for crap?
Maybe a different direction entirely, and maybe trade Kanter or Favors for something awesome?

What does the Jazzfanz community think?

Big Al.
Decision Assumptions:
- he has most trade value next year (skills+contract)
. . . i'm not convinced he is the most TRADABLE however.
- he will be signed somewhere long term for $(max - 1) contract. He's that valuable in the right setting. But i don't want Jazz to pay him that.
- He's not good enough to 'put the Jazz over the top' so Jazz as a business can survive the same with Favors replacing him
- He's the Best Player On The Team today. But I've seen enough of Kanter and Favors to play the risk that at least one will be better with the downside that at least one will be 'debatably equal'
- Millsap is more different player than Kanter/Favors

A couple of questions complicate the question a bit for me.
1. Who could we get the best trade deal for? KOC would have to float all of them and see who bites and what the offers are.
2. Would Millsap be willing to come off the bench as a great 6th man?
3. Would Ty play Millsap at the 3 more often if we keep him, Favors and Jefferson? It seemed to be a pretty effective lineup recently, but I am not convinced if the team was at full health Ty would go for it.

Personally I hope for significant changes, but other than one blockbuster deal last year the odds are that we will make minor changed and not much else....
