That when Millsap leave's the Jazz he will leave in some bitter type of way. I dont think he would ever demand a trade but I think he's ready for a new team and if he stays here until the end of the season I doubt he considers returning here....and when he does leave I can see him saying something negative towards the Jazz or Ty Corbin. He just isn't the same player when Sloan left.

Me thinks Millsap doesn't respect Corbin. But this is all just a gut feeling so......yea..

I think that's a helluva reach. I see Sap as different as well, but I do not see him as a guy to bad-mouth the Jazz .. that's the lowest of NBA scum .. and he's not that, not even close.

I agree he would never bad mouth the Jazz, but maybe a "I was never fully utilized" or something like that could come out.

Imagine that. A system player who thrives playing off the ball was better playing with an actual point guard in a system that rewards off ball movement. Shocking.

Milsap going CJ on the way out? Will he also have the corresponding career boost like CJ?

I don't know if KOC likes dealing with Milsap's agent, Uncle Eddie, maybe Lindsey will have better luck.

....never fully "utilized?" What does Sap want us to do? He's being as utilized as his talents will allow him to be! He doesn't shoot that well from the outside. He's slow on the pick and roll. He's average at best as a passer. He's a nice guy, but he's a "role" player and that's all he will ever be. Nothing wrong with that, if he's surrounded with equally talented, smart ball players that can maximize there abilities. Sap is tapped out. He is what he is. Probably has lost a step or two with age, but should have made it up with brains and didn't. I wouldn't sign him to a long term deal.

Millsap should be in his prime right now and produce a nice game. Why he isn't? Well, ))

Yeah I had the feeling he's on the out for a while now. It started really on the road when Favors was picking up his play on the offensive end and sinking those FTs.

With Favors in the game, you can be down by like 10 in the 4th and he will give you a couple of blocks, a couple of hustle plays and you can still come back to win it.

Jefferson & Favors is our future bigs. Book it.

Hopefully we can get something good for Millsap. He will be the hardest player for me to see be on another team. :(

millsap isnt succeeding anymore because he has played his way onto the radar of the other teams. now that they plan for him and know how to shut him down. he's not going to get any better. He doesnt seem to care about the little things that made him successful, or about buying into this team. I couldn't see a better time to trade him.
