KSL - Jazz can finally say they are legitimately trying to win a championship

You all don't think that the DWill, Boozer, Okur, AK, Sap...WCF series was not a legitimate shot?

Nope. They were good but did you honestly believe they were going to win the whole thing?

Also he excuses dwill as an anomaly in the article.

Not really. They were embarrassed in that series after getting really lucky even making it that far. That was a team that seemed like they had a chance. But in the end they really were not that close.
 
Then this past season, with a roster full of free agents to be, the Jazz finished in the worst possible position — 14th. Just bad enough to miss the playoffs. Just good enough to be out of the lottery.

Did you honostly think the Mavericks were going to win it the year they did? Anything can happen if you are a top 3-4 seed.
