What was going on that he didn't start? I never saw an explanation. Was it some sort of uniform malfunction?

Authentic Mexican food is good. The Americanized **** is just that, ****.
I think both can be good. Tex mex can be really good. But there are some great authentic dishes. Both can also be really gross if made bad. Ive had some awful authentic mexican food made with cheap crappy ingredients.
I could eat authentic well made Cabeza tacos everyday though, and I often do.
