    I'm not hearing any sound on any videos that people post. I can watch the videos just find but it plays with no sound at all. I'm guessing it might be on my end and if it is does anybody know what I need to do to fix it? I have the volume all the way up and can listen to videos on other apps just fine

    If it's not my phone then is there a way to fix this? TIA

    Fine here.

    General issue? ...: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203794 Might include a few tips too that might come in handy.

    Just happens on the Jazzfanz app? ...

    1) Force quit the app.

    2) Restart the iPhone

    3) Force Restart the iPhone

    4) Reinstall the app

    (Apply the next step if the previous one does not resolve your issue)

    Point me to a specific video you can't hear and I'll try it on my phone as well...

    It's literally every video that gets posted here. I can listen to videos on Facebook and other apps just fine. Is there a way to fix it?

    I can't find a reason why this would happen. Anyone else experiencing this? Maybe I'm just trying the wrong videos... link me to one?

    I deleted the JF app and re-downloaded it. I reset my phone. Neither worked.

    I finally just asked my girlfriend last night while we were laying in bed if she knew what was wrong. She then flipped a switch on my phone to turn the ringer on? To be fair I have an otter box on so I didn't even think of that.

    Now I can hear the videos loud and clear. Should have asked her sooner.
