Feel free to add recipe's as well.

Mine is tie between honey glazed ham and sweet potatoes and marshmallows.

Pumpkin pie, right now. But my answer likely changes every 10 mins or so.

I like the variety. Turkey, ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, rolls, green bean casserole, pumpkin pie..

Than turkey sandwiches the next day...mmm...

It sounds stupid but amidst all the great staples of Thanksgiving, what I really look forward to is the basic cheese, crackers, pepperoni, etcetera to start the day off and set the mood.

I was just going to respond with something similar when I saw this topic. We kind of use those just alongside the main meal, but my family goes pretty extreme on all sorts of different kind of dips, crackers, meats, cheeses, that kind of stuff on Thanksgiving. What can I say? I was a Lunchable fiend growing up. This is the more mature extension of that. I can't run from my past.
