From different thread: It's pretty obvious that Millsap has hit a ceiling and is not happy here. His play is sporadic at best and his hustle is not there. Add to that the fact that he refused an extension and is undersized I think he's either traded or gone at the end of the season. Compare that to Al who works hard, is dependable, especially late game, and seems to have embraced the Jazz, I think Al is a keeper - at the right price. My opinion is that with his age and limitations (athletically) he definitely shouldn't get anything more than he is this year. My hope is that he would sign a discounted contract for more years to guarantee the continuation of his career. Maybe 13 per for five. Not horrible all things considered.
