When can the Ty Corbin experiment end?

The rotations? Confusing. Why are about 5 players playing so much/so little?
The offensive strategy of Al Jefferson as if he were Shaq? Worthless.
The identity? Non-existent.
The leadership? Huh? Has Ty ever been a leader?
The coaching and development? Couldn't tell.
The discipline? "He's a player's coach."

Pop would have kicked the starters in the *** a long time ago. In this game? He would have benched them after the first quarter and played the bench all the way.

Corbin needs to go.

A real coach with real discipline and real ideas needs to be installed. We need a leader. We need a coach. Placing a fan and friend of the players as HC just hasn't worked.

Ty is just too damn nice. He's the King Krupa version of Vinny Del Negro.
 
Corbin is not a coach in this league. High school? Perhaps. If they lose to Washington you have to believe Corbin will be in hot water.
 
When hasn't a Ty Corbin team underachieved?

This team is completely underachieving. They already have 2 inexcusable loses. And honestly, they should have 3, no way a team as talented as we are should have needed 3 OTs against Tor.

We're in year 3 and this team just sucks.

If it looks like a rat and it smells like a rat it probably is...
 
I feel like we've taken two steps backward this year, and it starts with the head coach. You know, the one that makes most of the decisions in practice and during games... kind of an important job... one that he's incapable of doing well (or even halfway decent).

The experiment shouldn't have begun in the first place. Maybe they'll replace him with their assistant fitness coach or something.
 
Thriller is an idiot but yes he needs to go and yesterday. As long as he is Utahs coach we will be in trouble.
 
I was hopeful that with an off season to install a game plan Corbin would make this team better. What is becoming more and more apparent is that this team was better before Corbin had time to install anything.

It takes a real moran to turn a decent team when you don't have time to change much into a crappy team once you put your stamp on it.

I remember Frank Layden pulling every starter off the floor at the 6:00 minute mark in the first quarter. They were not playing defense and Frank delivered a message. The starters pulled included Stockton, Malone, Eaton, and Thurl. They got the message and busted their asses when they were allowed back into the game. The Jazz won.
