The Non-Jazz NBA Thread in the Jazz Section

why does KAT give himself 2-3 easy Bo brainer fouls per game when he does that weird shoulder check on Joker 30 feet away?

What happened to Minnesota pressing joker 3/4 court? Do something to try and get him out of this prime Shaq like rhythm.

Oof. This series is over. Minny has lost their confidence and Denver has totally regained theirs. Minnesota is lucky just to get a stop every now and again

Well we can only hope that Minnesota losing this series throws them into the sort of downward spiral that the Clippers series did to us
If I’m Minnesota, I seriously look at shopping KAT for more playmakers. Probably stuck with Rudy. But I’d look at shopping KAT and getting 1-2 playmakers who want to compete for a chip in return.

Also, what happened to Jayden McDaniels this series? Has he scored since game 2?

You’ve gotta beat Joker up on defense. He’s going to score, he’s just too good. But you’ve gotta force him to work defensively. KAT is too stupid to do that, Gobert can’t, Reid isn’t good enough/can’t stay in the floor long enough to do that, and McDaniels has completely disappeared.

You can’t score low 90s against Joker and expect to win. You’ve gotta get it back on offense. He may score 35 on you but you’ve gotta score at least that on him, turn the paint into a layup drill, and maybe knock him on his candy *** every once in a while.

It’s so hard to remember the lesson even though we are constantly reminded. Don’t overreact to single game samples.

How are these possibly the same two teams from game 2? Where’s the suffocating defense? Just so many little things happening that I don’t even notice but makes the games look completely different.

But Denver is the better opponent to beat Boston. I’m glad the Wolves made them flip the switch. Shame this series isn’t the WCF. Hope they don’t lose steam while dusting the Mavs or Thunder in a laugher.

Yeah i think we can soon forget about the Kareem/Russell/Shaq/Dream argument about who's the GOAT at center spot. We are witnessing a true legend in the making.

Gobert has no chance against jokic 1 on 1. And I get it, no one has a chance against him 1 on 1 but I expect the best defensive player in the league to be able to stop him once in a while

You saw Anthony Davis guarding him last year, right?
