Not gonna lie when I think of someone specific Danny might have his eye on my first immediate thought is Castle.
You spent last week saying he would be in love with Reed Sheppard...Not gonna lie when I think of someone specific Danny might have his eye on my first immediate thought is Castle.
Yep… still think he is but Castle essentially being 6’7 in shoes changes things. My top-3 guesses in order would be Castle, Sheppard, and Holland. You spent last week saying he would be in love with Reed Sheppard...
Ulrich Chomche: The speed is there, he beat most guards. If he was a guard he would be in the 90th percentile but as a big he was the fastest. He was the fourth fastest overall. He has some hidden jets. He also has touch and defensive feel just needs real competition. I would take him at 32.

Yes, it is rare for wings to reach the level of Kawhi. When I watch Castle, I see a guy who isn't a lead guard, who doesn't beat people off the dribble, who didn't shoot well, and who defenders are happy to back off of. The "tough, playmaking wing" archetype made famous by guys like Kawhi and Jimmy Butler is attractive, but it's rarely achieved. Odds are that he's more likely to be like Justise Winslow.
Mogbo (spelling?) looked like he could do everything but shoot. Maybe a miracle happens and he gets touch. He looked pretty good in the scrimmage today. He runs the floor hard, moves well laterally, recovers to the ball, and plays with decent motor. If he's really only 18, then he's a solid prospect. He shouldn't get cooked too much out on the perimeter.
If he develops his shot and nothing else, yes... I think if he develops his shot he can be more than Bruce Brown type...If Castle develops his shot a bit, I think he’s a lot like Nembhard/Bruce Brown. Really nice player to have.
Castle is like Jaylen Brown or Justise Winslow copy physically... and they have some of the same questions coming out of college too...Not gonna lie when I think of someone specific Danny might have his eye on my first immediate thought is Castle.
Mogbo a far better prospect than Chomche imo.Mogbo (spelling?) looked like he could do everything but shoot. Maybe a miracle happens and he gets touch.
He is on an entirely different level than those guys defensively. I don't understand why you want to ignore the Dort comparison which is the correct one.If Castle develops his shot a bit, I think he’s a lot like Nembhard/Bruce Brown. Really nice player to have.
