I'm diggin' the Eastern Conference Finals this season. Should be a fun match-up. Wolves and Mavs will be good also though I expect the Wolves to win that series.
I'm rooting for Dallas as well. Nico Harrison has done a good job of giving Luka a solid supporting cast; it wasn't long ago when the team was bleak and Luka was getting frustrated. Sam Presti is great as well - it's cool seeing some change in the West and I hope we're in the mix sooner rather...
Mavs can end the series at home in six games. If not, I'm down with these other game sevens. These playoffs are awesome (though it was disappointing seeing the Celtics dismantle Cleveland so easily).
I'm wondering if there will be a Lively-like player in this draft who rockets up the board and is a huge surprise. It'd be nice if one went top-9 so someone could perhaps fall to us.
I think Holland could be there at 10 and there's a chance someone will fall like Knecht or less likely...
I lived in COMO for two years (2020-2022) and still have a property there. It's a cool town. A bunch of people told me Michael Porter Jr. is a super nice guy.
Buzelis is the one guy I don't want us to draft. I'm fine with the Jazz going BPA based on their analysis - there's a chance someone expected to go in the top-5 will fall to use at 8. I like Sarr (not going to be there but I can dream), Dillingham and Holland and believe the FO will like Holland...
I'm all for the Jazz drafting Dillingham and having the best man win between him and Keyonte. It's amazing Dillingham didn't start for Kentucky and instead of being mad about it he put up super numbers.
San Antonio has a TV market size of 1.031 million which is 24th out of 28 teams. In 2022 their metro population was 2,550,960 which is in the bottom-10 of NBA teams. Just because they've drafted well and have won titles doesn't mean they're not small market.
I like them and I bet there are some forum posters who like them. Point is - THEY'RE.A.SMALL.MARKET.TEAM.
No. He's likely someone people have never even heard of. His name is Jamahl Mosley. He finished 2nd in C.O.Y.
