Well the PG (name escapes me right now) is definitely out because he was on his 2nd 10-day contract. Benimon might also be out.

He might be on a multi-year contract, which if the case, his Australian team probably doesn't want him trying out for the NBA.

It says that he's signed to a conditional contract for 14/15 and 15/16. I don't know what that means, but I'm assuming the Jazz would have to be serious about him before they could take a look. Maybe a small buyout if they want another Summer League/Training camp look at him. I liked Motum a lot more than Jarrett, Cooley, or any other D-League/10 day guy outside of Millsap.

I think the Jazz probably told Motum to negotiate a deal like that. He was pretty impressive in camp, but Utah simply had too many bigs. Better to play overseas and get time than sit behind the bench in a suit for 82 games. We'll have 3 aussies on the team next year, mates.

I hope they bring him back for Summer League and training camp. Would love to have the back end of the roster be Jingles, Millsap and Motum. Fan favorites, who can handle spot duty and are glue guys.
