DL and Snyder are temporing expectations of playoffs next year a bit. That expectations are high but they are trying to be realistic as well. Talking about timelines and player development.
DL talking about heavy discussions about the team among coaches and FO. The chemistry of the group and how they will look at everything. Even if that means throwing everything at one new guy, if it's the right guy.
DL mentions considering trading the pick or moving up. Basically so far they are saying that anything is posible and they are going to look long and hard at everything.

We don't take the character of this group lightly. It would have to be the right person to fit into this group. We like this group. Our best arc of improvement is internal.

We have a lot of players with upside, including Rudy. Rudy has a lot of competiveness, it is our job to channel that to help him get better.
Rudy is diligent and committed in the weight room.
Rudy is skilled, but erratic at times. We can focus on his passing, and offense. He is like a middle linebacker, he needs to communicate better.

Lindsey keeps mentioning that everyone wants a john Stockton like point gaurd. He is almost apologetic that the offense runs through the wings.
