Yes. We're doing both rounds. All 60 picks.
No current NBA player trades. Draft picks (current and future picks), international players rights and cash only.
Atlanta is already taken. What team would be your 2nd pick?

I'd take the Hornets.
I know your reasons for not being able to trade players, but we should try it with players next time. We could run trades through the espn trade machine to make sure salaries match and have a poll open where people can approve or disapprove of the trade.
Either way this sounds fun.

Maybe Ill do two next year. One like this, that's a strait up draft and one with player trades. We can see how it goes.

I'm going to go ahead and do the lottery for the Jazz tonight.
Other than that, I'm waiting to hear back from Jeffrey32 before I randomly assign the rest of the teams. We already have the top 9 teams so we can start tomorrow morning if everyone is up to it.
Posters who have indicated that they would take another team are: ONE LOVE, Thee Jazz fan, myself and tfivas. I'm assuming that White Chocolate and Cy are down with two teams also.
Anyone else who would like to have another team assigned to them? If you absolutely don't want another team, that would be good to know also.

I'm only planning on assigning teams with 1st round picks. For the Cavs and Pelicans, can just use my value board - unless somebody really, really wants them. I wasn't planning on doing anything with the Clippers.
