He might have received such information. I doubt the motivation of his sources though. Could very easily be either agents trying to drive up price for Millsap in the summer, could be teams setting up smokescreens... could be anything.

I haven't followed it that much, but Jazz don't really have a chance of getting Butler do they? Isn't Chicago just going to match a max offer?

I have no idea. But earlier in the thread the possibility of obtaining Butler + Millsap was brought up, and there were some objections. I was just responding to that.

Millsap is a much better player than Favors

Favors is severely overrated
