Summer League Roster rumors/confirmations?

Yeah. Usually a lot of players would play for different teams (2 teams the most)

I know it was that way with Orlando. Some players played a couple of games in Orlando and then went to Vegas.

He signed as a backup plan. His contract has an out before July 31st if he can get a NBA team to bite based on his summer league performance. Most likely he'll be in Europe though.

Cliff Alexander would have been an interesting get. Despite his red flags, he seems like a guy highly motivated to succeed. If he proves to be coachable, he's going to be a steal for someone.

Hanlan - 20 mins.

I don't want there to be time for other players. I don't want us to guarantee other players time. I want out guys to get better. I want a playoff push. Give Exum minutes. Give Hood mins. I want Exum taking 10-15 shots every game.

Very little more annoying than watching a bunch of scrubs who will never see the floor in training camp take minutes and shots from young players who are actually part of the future for the Jazz. Hood, Exum and Lyles should take the bulk of the shots and Hanlan and Cotton should take whatever is left over. Anybody else shoots the ball unless it's a dunk or a layup or at the end of the clock, they are cut immediately.

I agree that the focus should be getting Exum, Hood and Lyles every touch possible. However, I would include Hanlan on that list. Obviously, the Jazz see something with this kid or they wouldn't have drafted him. I for one would like to see him play with actual talent other than the scrubs he played with in college.
