What happens if Oubre isn't better? Will you admit it?
Didn't your name used to be KOC Begone? And when DL was hired you changed it to Mission Accomplished? What would it take to make you happy? This team is on a great trajectory... or do you deny that? So, leaving off Hood from trades is now a positive because we dont know what he is offering.
He didnt trade up for Gobert he bought a pick. He has now done that once perfectly. That doesnt erase blunders especially how he handled Kanter should be a huge blunder. I dont care if he didn't fit you move him for real assets. Thunder had players like Marrow and Jones on that team that we could have used over dleaguers.
AK at the five? You have got to be kidding. He would have been slaughtered. This would have been a disaster of epic proportions. Your comment proves that it is a million times easier to be a critic than an actual problem solver.Nope I'm fine the only thing we have that is elite is Gobery. You might not be able to admit that. I'm a huge fan of the Jazz. Just feel that they settle on nonstars trying to boost them. Heck even during the Boozer days we would have been better off with AK at the five. But, time will tell if Hayward is overrated. I can guaguaranguarantee that most GM would have gotten more for Kanter. Plus, we keep collecting picks and we dont do anything with them. Im not talking about movinOubre has the ceiling of a allstar and Lyles a ceiling as a starter.

"Based on what I'm seeing in free agency, I'm expecting the Utah Jazz to get back to the playoffs next season."
Not a gamble. Buying a first round pick for a few million is nothing. The Jazz have been spending well under the cap for a minute.
Seriously dudes, if you didn't see my post in another thread.....
Consider the Jazz and us fans blessed. It could be so, so much worse.
Visit the Lakers board at https://lakernation.com/forums/index.php?/forum/4-lakers-talk/ and go to the Lakers Free Agency Discussion thread. They're on suicide watch over there.
Not only enjoy their pain, but thank your lucky stars the Jazz snapped out of compete/rebuild soon enough to actually get us to where we are today in a relatively short time.
In Hayward's name we pray...
Agree, except Rudy is the reason we are spared a long painful rebuild. I love Hayward and he's a very good player, but Utah is still a lottery team without Rudy.
