Wow, I have been to plenty of Jazz games, but since I live in Southern California, I have never gotten to go to one of their playoff games before. Well I got to go to this one! It was quite an interesting experience. I spent the first quarter in a state of shock barely able to concentrate on the game due to Rudy's injury. As they hung in the game, I was able to slowly get myself back into it. Their arena was really quiet for most of the game even far into the fourth quarter. As much as I believe in the Jazz, I thought with the injury to Rudy that they would have folded, but by the beginning of the fourth I was thinking they had a chance. That last quarter was so tension inducing. When Joe hit that game winner I was jumping up and down in excitement. This is likely to go down as one of their greatest playoff games so far, and it was so awesome to get to be there!

He only has eyes for Joe. He's not even looking at the defense. I think he knows deep down that Joe Jesus wins this game onthst shot. Quin was masterful. Joe Johnson was the X factor and Quin has been building him for this role all year long just to unleash it in the playoffs. JJ, Jingles and Quin all set up and executed that game winner perfectly under a ****-ton of pressure. It takes super high IQ players to know what to do in that situation.
I know you were one of the first people to vouch for JJ at the 4 in the playoffs. It worked masterfully and they were really thrown off by our small ball lineup. The biggest weakness with that is rebounding and Hayward pounded the boards last night thankfully.

I've seriously watched hour/minute 1:37 to 1:38 about 10 times in a row or so now. It just doesn't get old. Everyone's reaction was great. Too bad Quin's wasn't in any of the shots, at least that I saw.
Just loved Hills/Burks/Lyles/Hoods/Macks especially (just got a different view and Exum was also psyched, ****, just add everyone), though everyone was pretty psyched. Favors not as much but sheesh, that man gave his all that game. Can't blame him for having not energy to spare. You could still tell he was pretty happy.
On a totally unrelated note that one thinks about when they've seen the same clip 10 times in a row or so, what's the deal with the goober Clipper fans who want to give their players high fives after a gut wrenching loss like that. I mean if I played for the Clippers I wouldn't want to.

Ingles was the one that held the ship together after Rudy went down. As this board was full on meltdown mode (myself included) after the injury, D Favs was looking rusty and in foul trouble, Gordon was in shock as was most of the team, it was Joe ****** Ingles who didn't take laying down for an answer.
