I am very skeptical about him being pissed about the MAX deal not being offered. If he is then he is childish but it wouldn't explain why he left so much money on the table. I don't think it was about that. I think GOrdie wants more attention something he won't get in Utah. He wants more all-star games. He will get that but he won't get a championship team in Boston.
 
All I gotta say is I'm more upset at this then with DWILL and we all know what happened to dwil after he left utah...last good thing he was playing for the cavs as a back up..lol look at what u went for. It will be interesting to watch boston just for my hate. I'm jaded as a fan you didn't pick us... you picked them. Decision for my family...No you think your going for a championship shot...lol have fun playing with Isiah Thomas. You will not be who the play is drawn up for...

Yeah I think DL and Jazz will keep cards to the vest and be professional about it. But i want to see behind and see them hate the SOB for a bit.
 
Why do players who decide to leave a franchise think saying thank you to the fans means anything? Geez, you must think we care what you think now? We don't!!!

I felt it was more of a thank you to the guys on the Jazz staff who worked with and helped him develop as a player. And then he goes and leaves them in the lurch after all the time they invested in him. Nice way to thank someone.

Nope. Anyone who believes that should go back and watch all his end of the season interviews. I was completely convinced he'd be back before that, but everything he said, the way he said things, and his body language as well, made it pretty obvious he was on his way out.

Somebody else was talking about this, and the thing that really rang true with me, was when they tried to get him to talk about the team or the future, he went cold. When they asked him about the fans chanting his name, he paused for some time, and then said it was really cool and something he'd take with him. Absolutely nothing he did or said indicated he was even considering staying in Utah IMO.

I had no doubts after that, but have tried to ignore my gut feeling and hope he might reconsider. The report leaked out early and that dick had the nerve to say he hadn't decided yet, just so that he could make the announcement with his pathetic thank you letter. Dude is a chump who doesn't deserve any benefit of the doubt, whatsoever.
