Agreed. Why I totally used the word maybe rather than proclaiming it as fact.

He does shoot a lot though. For whatever reason.
 
I'm sure they were being cautious and he might have been able to return if they had to have him, but it just further proves how injury prone he is.

No matter how much they try to rehab and rest, the dude is made of glass.

It was a minor tear that needed them to just go in and clean it out. The Sixers decided to wait six weeks and have it performed. They could have done it earlier had they wanted him to return last season but knew they didn't and could go into tank mode again.

Sorry about the wait. Trashed my back doing construction work a couple days ago and haven't been sleeping since then. Crashed last nigh and just woke up about a half hour ago. Needed to check the board and update my value list - check trade offers. Pick will be up in just a second.

Sorry to hear that. Nothing is more important to me than a good night's sleep.
 
Embiid is certainly a high risk high reward pick. Hope he stays healthy, but think he was a bit of a stretch in the 2nd, 3rd-4th rounder seemed more appropriate.
